When you ask about a trip, we collect your name, email address, chosen trip, message, and the page where you submitted the form. When a verified attendee posts a review, we store the attendee name and contact supplied for verification, the trip, rating, review text, and submission date. Public reviews show a shortened name, not the attendee contact.
We process an IP address for short-term rate limiting and use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical request information under its own privacy terms. We do not use this security information to build advertising profiles.
We use inquiry details to answer questions, arrange bookings, share trip instructions, and follow up about the trip requested. We use verified reviews to show genuine attendee feedback. We use operational records to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and keep the service working.
Information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed through Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile. If operational notifications are enabled, a signed copy may be sent to an automation endpoint controlled by Adventures of Life GH. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only when required by law or necessary to deliver a requested trip.
Trip inquiries are automatically deleted 24 months after the most recent inbox update. Expired review links and their attendee contact details are removed after a 30-day operational grace period; used or revoked links are removed after 24 months. Rate-limit records are deleted after approximately 48 hours. Published reviews remain visible until the attendee asks for removal or the review is withdrawn for safety, accuracy, or policy reasons.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information Adventures of Life GH holds about you. You may also ask for a public review to be removed. Some booking or transaction records may need to be retained where the law or an unresolved dispute requires it.
